Our shipping costs are based on weight and service chosen.

Australian Delivery Times

We are based on the Gold Coast, our estimated delivery times for all standard deliveries from when an order is dispatched are;

  • South East QLD and Northern NSW, metropolitan Sydney and Brisbane, 1 to 3 working days.
  • For metropolitan Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra, please allow 2 to 4 working days.
  • All of WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States, please allow 4 to 6 working days.

Express Service

We are happy to provide an Express Service of sending your parcel same day for orders placed by 12 pm noon (Mon to Fri) by Aust Post Guaranteed Next Day delivery, next day service is only available if your delivery address is within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network and is subject to Australia Post fulfilling their service guarantee.

Delivery Service Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully these standard terms for reliable mail-order services.

All orders are sent by Australia Post Parcel Post service, ensuring that your order can be tracked. Occasionally we may use selected couriers.
If no one is present when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you may receive a ‘calling card’ explaining where to collect your parcel or how to arrange re-delivery for couriers.
For a safe delivery, please consider having the order shipped to your work address, if no one is available at home.

Please note:

  • All Australian deliveries are lodged with a tracking code, if an order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • New Zealand Economy service does not include tracking, if you wish to have a tracking code please choose the next available option.
  • Should an order be lost in transit or damaged, we may request you to contact Australia Post or the shipping company to investigate. In most cases we are not able to request an investigation on your behalf.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
